Jazz Band
Made up of approximately 75 students that play such instruments as saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano, drums, bass, and guitar, this passionate, diverse group of student-musicians plays standard jazz music (mostly swing tunes) as well Latin, pop, rock, and funk.
A spirited member of the Springfield community, Jazz Band has performed throughout the city, at such venues as Symphony Hall, Community Music School, Union Station, Tower Square, and Stone Soul Parade. We’ve even been recognized by civic leaders, including U.S. Rep. Richard Neal and Mayor Domenic Sarno!
